Integrative Therapeutic Massage: Reflexology

Reflexology is a therapy which stems from the belief that the entire body is "mapped" in the hands and feet. Stimulation of various reflex points in the hands and feet help to balance the corresponding organs or body parts/systems.

Reflexology is a wonderful introduction to massage therapy since it does not require more than hands, forearms, feet and lower legs to be exposed.
